01 — Scope

These terms apply to all services, spaces, and rentals offered through our studio, including tattoo guest spots, cultural use, workshops, and private events. By booking, accessing, or using any part of the space, you agree to these terms. They define how the space operates, what is included, and the responsibilities of all parties involved. These terms apply to all users unless a separate written agreement is made. We may update them over time to reflect operational, legal, or structural changes. Continued use of the space implies acceptance of the latest version.

02 — Bookings and Access

All bookings must be confirmed in advance and may require a deposit.

Access is granted only for the agreed time, purpose, and number of people. Subletting or transferring bookings is not allowed without approval.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access if:

  • Rules are violated

  • Safety is compromised

  • The space or equipment is misused

03 — TATTOo STUDIO

Pricing

  • Commission option: 25% per tattoo

  • Full-day rental: €150 (max. 8 hours)

  • Custom or multi-day rates available upon request

Deposits & Cancellation

  • 25% deposit required (non-refundable)

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 1 month in advance

What’s Included

  • Fully equipped workstation

  • Hydraulic tattoo chair

  • Stencil printer + ink printer

  • Ring light

  • Reception area with kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, water boiler)

Artist Must Bring

  • Tattoo machine

  • Needles

  • Ink

Responsibilities

Artists are responsible for:

  • Proper use of equipment

  • Any damage caused during their booking

  • Compliance with all hygiene regulations

04 — CULtural and event space

Availability & Booking

  • Hours: 12:00 – 23:00

  • Half-day / full-day / multi-day options available

  • Minimum booking notice: 12 weeks (for larger events)

Deposits & Cancellation

  • 50% deposit required

  • Refunds available only if cancelled at least 3 months in advance

  • Overtime will be charged

Capacity

  • Currently available: small room (max. 50 people)

05 — space and equipment

Depending on the booking type, the space may include:

  • Tables and chairs

  • Sound system and microphones

  • Projector / screen

  • Wi-Fi

  • Reception area / cloakroom

Additional equipment or technical support may require prior arrangement.

Users are responsible for:

  • Setup and teardown unless agreed otherwise

  • Any damage or missing items

06 — Cleaning and hygiene

All users must leave the space in good condition.

  • Basic cleaning after use is mandatory

  • Waste must be properly disposed of

  • Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed

Tattoo artists must comply with official hygiene regulations and industry standards.

07 — USAGE RULES

Opening hours must be respected

  • Maximum capacity cannot be exceeded

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas

  • Music and noise levels must remain reasonable

  • Maximum 1 guest allowed per tattoo artist (unless agreed otherwise)

Food, alcohol, and decorations must be approved in advance where relevant.

08 — PAYMENTS

Accepted methods: cash, card, bank transfer

  • Deposits are required to confirm bookings

  • Remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after use

Invoices can be provided upon request.

Failure to complete payment may result in denied future bookings.

09 — LIABILITY AND RESPONSiBILITY

All users are fully responsible for:

  • Their guests, clients, and participants

  • Any third-party vendors they bring

  • Any damage to the space, equipment, or property

We are not liable for:

  • Personal belongings

  • Injuries, accidents, or losses during use

  • Indirect damages or business losses

Use of the space is at your own risk.

10 — LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Safety and capacity limits

  • Hygiene standards (for tattooing)

  • Noise restrictions

  • Required permits (if applicable)

Event organizers may be required to hold liability insurance.

11 — BRANDING AND PROMOTION

Users may:

  • Display their own branding during bookings

  • Promote events using the space (with approval)

The venue name, images, or identity must not be misused or misrepresented.

12 — CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated clearly.

Continued use of the space means acceptance of the updated terms.
